ANXIOUS HEAD TO HAPPY HEAD
3 Week Workshop to Manage Anxiety Well
Monday 1th / 24th / 31st May 19:30 to 21:00
- Learn about Anxiety; why it occurs and what is happening in your BODY + BRAIN and brain when it does.
- Discover and practice proven YOGA + PSYCHOLOGY skills to help immediately reduce mounting anxiety attacks
- Explore how to live well with Anxiety and how you might even befriend it with a BALANCED + SUSTAINABLE approach
Each class will be 1.5 hours long.
Please bring a note pad and pen
Wear comfortable clothes to move and breath in
Yoga Mat, two bed pillows, blanket and water
