About The Event
Anxious Head to Happy Head is a supportive 3-week / 4 session course combining Yoga and Positive Psychology to help you to quieten and calm the anxious mind. This is a holistic approach to managing your mental health well:Each week, you'll deepen your understanding of anxiety while learning practical, accessible body, mind and heart practices that you can carry into daily life.
Together, we’ll explore what anxiety is trying to tell you — and discover how to respond with compassion, movement, and mindful awareness.
