4 Week Workshop to Manage Anxiety Well
Tuesday 23rd May, 30th May, 6th and 13th June 5:30 to 7pm
Join 4 supportive evenings to learn how to manage Anxiety well through proven YOGA + PSYCHOLOGY practices.
- Learn about Anxiety; why it occurs and what is happening in your BODY + BRAIN when it does.
- Discover and practice proven YOGA + PSYCHOLOGY skills to help immediately reduce anxiety attacks
- Explore how to live well with Anxiety and how you might even befriend it with a BALANCED + SUSTAINABLE approach
Each workshop class will be1.5 hours long.
A note pad and pen, a yoga mat, two bed pillows, a blanket and water.
