Having Bipolar is a terribly hard condition to live with as unmanaged it can cause havoc in many areas of your life.  However, once understood with the right pillars of support in place; medical, emotional and self support, you can live a well balanced and even a blessed life from having bipolar.

Enjoy a friendly cup of chai and a chat with Anna, a Yoga teacher & Coach for mental health and happiness, on how she has helped herself and many of her students to not only survice with biploar but to thrive with it.
