CLASSES
We offer 7 classes a week of yoga and meditation on Zoom and at our Weybridge, Surrey studio spaces. We offer affordable class passes, monthly memberships and an option to pay what you can.
COURSES
We offer a wide range of YOGA + PSYCHOLOGY courses over Zoom to help you improve and invest in your mental health and wellbeing. Some of our courses are designed to help you manage specific mental health concerns.
