We offer a wide range of YOGA + PSYCHOLOGY courses over Zoom to help you improve and invest in your mental health and well being. CLASSES

Every Monday and Thursday at 6.15pm we offer a Happy Head Yoga class on a donations 'pay what you can' basis via Zoom. Through your kind donations we can enable yourself and others to experience the mental health benefits of yoga. Register below to book.
