Every Monday and Thursday at 6.15pm we offer a Happy Head Yoga class on a donations 'pay what you can' basis via Zoom. Through your kind donations we can enable yourself and others to experience the mental health benefits of yoga. Register below to book.

We offer a wide range of YOGA + PSYCHOLOGY courses over Zoom to help you improve and invest in your mental health and well being.     Enjoy a mindful and motivating slow flow yoga class suitable for all abilities (45 minute Monday via Zoom at 6.15pm) to get you moving, breathing and feeling well at the start of your week. Bring a yoga mat, water, comfortable clothes to move in, a blanket, two bed pillows. Blocks optional.
