Every Monday and Friday at 9.30am (60mins) and every Monday and Thursday at 6.15pm (45mins) we offer Happy Head Yoga classes to support your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. To make yoga accessible to all, our price is just £5 a class with a class pass or on 'Pay what you can' basis for anyone experiencing extreme financial difficulty due to mental health challenges. Your first class is free to try.
