Start your week well with a mindful and motivating morning flow yoga class. Monday via Zoom 9.15am (60 mins) to get you moving, breathing and feeling well. Bring a yoga mat, water, comfortable clothes to move in, a blanket, two bed pillows. Blocks optional.
