S.E.E. to Your Holistic Health & Happiness is a 3 week / 4 session is a supportive, live, group coaching programme of proven positive psychology practices designed to help you start the new year well - gently laying the foundations for improved physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing - improving how you Sleep, Eat and Exercise and how you see yourself and the world.


Starts: Monday 5th January 2026 Course Dates: 05/01, 12/01, 19/01, 26/01

Live on Zoom | Mondays 8:00–9:00pm (GMT) - with recorded replay lifetime access.


Each Session Includes:

  • A guided Coaching Check-In to S.E.E. how you are physically Sleeping, Eating and Exercising and see how you are doing mentally, and emotionally too 

  • A focus topic with practical tools and science-backed strategies
