About The Event
Over 4 weekly sessions you will have fun learning the fundamentals of 8 warrior yoga poses (5 you may already know and 3 are likely to be a surprise)
As you focus on the fundamentals of the poses you will weave in the 8 pillars of joy according to neuroscience.
The series builds up to a final dancing warrior (ladder) flow of all 8 warriors.
