Anxious Head to Happy Head is a supportive 4 part course combining Yoga and Positive Psychology understanding and practices to help you to quieten and calm the anxious mind. This is a holistic approach to managing your mental health and emotional wellbeing.
Each week, you'll deepen your understanding of anxiety while learning proven and accessible practices that you can carry into daily life.
Together, we’ll explore what anxiety is trying to tell you — and discover how to respond with compassion, movement, and mindful awareness.
