S.E.E. to Your Health âœ¨ 3 week course to cultivate your holistic health and happiness

If you’ve been looking for a way to reconnect with yourself — your body, mind, soul and spirit —this course is for you.

 

Over 3 weeks, we’ll meet weekly via Zoom for live group coaching sessions where we’ll focus on simple but meaningful ways to see to your holistic health - connecting to all the layers of your being by improving how you feel physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

As 85% of your mental and emotional health gains are based on the bedrock of physical lifestyle improvements, throughout the three weeks you will be improving how you sleep, eat and exercise.

 

✨Sleep better – because rest is the foundation of everything.
✨Eat with intention – to nourish your body, mind and soul
✨Exercise in a way that feels joyful - time on your yoga mat, is like time spent on your own private, rejuvenating holiday island

 

But there’s more to this journey than just nourishing your body, we're going to be looking at how you can nourish your mind and soul too; with the aim of reconnecting to your light and bright spirit within.

We’ll dive into practical tools from positive psychology and yoga philosophy to help you see yourself—and your life—with greater compassion, clarity and confidence. Don't just survive in life, learn how to thrive!​

​

The course meets for four live weekly Motivating Monday Check Ins via Zoom at 7.30pm UK time on Zoom with an option to catch up on demand.

​

The Check In's are supportive time and space with with me, Anna, your Yoga Teacher and Holistic Health and Happiness Coach, as well as other members of your group.

​

At the Check In's we will reflect on how you are doing against your holistic health goals, how you are sleeping, eating and exercising and how that's making you feel in body, mind and soul.

​

During the weeks you will S.E.E. to your health making small, sustainable improvements to how you sleep, eat, and exercise as well as committing to come to your yoga mat in the morning to spend 5 to 15 minutes to see how you are and gently move and meditate with intention for your day. At the end of the day you will spend 5 to 15 minutes of reflection to see how your day went and what there was to be grateful for. These daily practices will ease and energise your body, mind and soul, reconnecting you to spirit within.

I am here to help you stay accountable and guide and coach you every step of the way.

​

By the end of the course my aim is for you to have so fallen in love with how S.E.E.ing to your health makes you' feel that you will be motivated and committed to carry on for life as your own best friend, coach and champion. 

​

During the weekly check in's we will also delve into the following topics...​

​

🟠 1st Check In: YOUR BODY - How and why to prioritise Sleep, Eat and Exercising well for your holistic health and happiness.

​​

🟠 2nd Check In: YOUR MIND - Learn from Yoga philosophy as to what tends to trouble the mind and a few tips and tricks that can help you get out of your head and back home to the peace of your heart

​

🟠 3rd Check In: YOUR SOUL - See what your heart is holding, learn how to tend to your emotions without getting swept away with them and how to let go of what no longer servies you.

​

🟠 4th & Final Check In: YOUR SPIRIT - Let your spirit shine as you conclude and celebrate your journey so far. At this closing ceremony you will commit to a lighter and brighter future ahead by continuing to S.E.E. to your health.

Course Details

  •  When: Mondays at 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM (January 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th, 2025)

  •  Where: Live on Zoom (with on-demand access if you need flexibility)

  •  Support: Light WhatsApp check-ins throughout the week to keep you inspired.

  •  For Keeps: Course materials that you can revisit anytime.

 

This course is designed to be approachable and supportive, no matter where you are in your journey. It’s about small, sustainable shifts that add up to a healthier, happier you.
